ALE stands for Algot Enevoldsen and is the usual mark found on Pandora jewelry. Having said that, there's a lot (a lot!) of fake Pandora jewelry in existence, and I wouldn't be able to tell you whether this is real or not.

Apologies, I'm only just now noticing there's a second mark above "925 ALE". Pandora only started in the early 1980s, but the ALE mark was already in use since the 1950s (Algot Enevoldsen is the father of Pandora's founder). Since the design is a tad weird for Pandora, maybe it's from Algot? What does the other mark read?

Hi parrot I have tried to take a closer picture but I can’t work what it is and I have to get another stronger loop but thanks for the great help and information. Really interesting
