Another Strauss item that was used in his studies. H.S. of Art&Design 1941. Strauss was a comic artist as far as my research goes.

The auto on book in red in other post, looks alot like the one in comic you posted...Thanks for more insight
Really might be ...you may have missed the auto in re of mylon strauss it is on my posted items..that book is figure drawing and has some practicing by someone in it...If you compare autos with Stars and Stripes auto they are similiar.
