This one came from Bulgaria, and was quite dusty and had a film of it on the inside surface.
The mouth is quite small, easy to shake and clean with warm water and dish soap, but to dry and polish is a different matter. I take a cotton dish towel and feed it inside, bit by bit, twisted, till the whole towel is in and then will be able to keep turning it inside, to absorb the drops of water, and pick up any residue.
Collection of modern Czech vases is growing. I love it, many are alexandrite or contain neodymium to change from light blue to light pink-purple in different light sources. The vase is 8 inches tall. It has a tiny engraved initial H at the base on the left of the motif.
