    Hi, these were from my grandfathers guitars. He was the manager of a mariachi band in Pomona ca, I want to know where I can find information on these items and their proper name. Thank you for your help in advance, I appreciate it.

      A more proper name would probably be "tuning posts and screws" but I'm nobody's expert on guitars... :-)

      Those are standard guitar tuners found on 20th century instruments built by manufacturers like Kay and Harmony. They don't have a specific name but are known for being on those instruments. Worth about $15
