    I do not recognize the pattern on this 7.5 X 4 3.8 vanity tray. Thank you in advance for any information provided. Found it at a rummage sale yesterday afternoon.

      Welcome to CW! I don't believe this is a trinket tray. It seems too deep, and too narrow. Here's a example of a vanity tray:
