Danish Skonvirke Silver Brooch, Bernhard Hertz

Antique Skønvirke (Skonvirke) Bernhard Hertz, Denmark, silver brooch pin, with red cabochon ( garnet?) , flea market find from last Sunday.
Marked: 830 S (silver purity 830/1000) BH (maker´s mark).
I wonder how such a brooch arrived to Bratislava, Slovakia, but jewelry has a life of its own :D and this one could probably tell quite a story for all these years.
Moreover, I have a feeling something else is written below the 830 mark - looks almost like something from arab alphabet - or ist it only a scratch? I dont know, but maybe someone here is able to tell?

Bernhard Hertz was born in 1834.He completed his studies as a goldsmith in 1858. His graduation piece, an arm ring, was acquired by Frederick VII for 300 Danish rigsdaler. The king gave it to Countess Danner. The arm ring is now on display in the Danish Design Museum.
Hertz used the money from the sale to set up his own business the same year. He specialized in modern jewellery with flower motifs and replica of ancient jewellery.
To make his jewellery accessible to a wider customer base, Hertz began to produce the replica of contemporary jewellery in silver instead of gold and introduced machine power in the production for rolling and frosting. Kongensgade. Hertz died in 1909.
