Here is my "BEATLEMANIAC" Fan Club card from legendary Boston radio station, "WMEX- 1510 AM" in 1964. Home of "Arnie "Woo Woo" Ginsburg.....Melvin X. Melvin... Larry Justice....and "Fenway". WMEX was one of the stations that heavily promoted The Beatles at the Boston Garden on Saturday September 12, 1964. The station gave away 100 free tickets to the Garden concert. If you were wearing a pair of Jets 'Red Ball" sneakers on Sept.10...and went to your local shoe store in the Boston area...and asked the man, "I'm wearing my Red Ball sneakers...do you have any Beatles tickets for me? "If the man was a "Jets" man...he would give you 2 free tickets to The Beatles at The Garden on September 12, 1964. The ticket ad is from June 1964. Tickets were sold out 3 months in advance!!!
