I have no idea what these are. Any help would be appreciated. My Dad was a rancher, my Grandfather was a carpenter.

Thank you so much. These were not family I found out after posting. But my neighbors who gave me stuff when they retired. She designed curtains and drapes as part of her job as an interior decorator for JC Penny for over 40 years. She also took in repair and alterations and her husbsnd also installed. Thsnks again God Bless
