Going on five years now that I collect and study Bohemian and Czech interwar glass. I enjoy the various types decorative or utilitarian.
Not attracted by the frilly rigaree or a massive amount of ornate layers of all sorts. As I still work on my website, I also assemble new pieces that share decor or shapes. Some new discoveries often happen. There is so much of it, that it is a reflex to categorise them together and label them with an identity if possible.
This post is to show a range of what I mean in four categories that I own.
-Kralik white opalescent semi opaque glass pieces with sparse applied decor 1920s
-Kralik clear cased opaque red spatters and multi spatter vanity jars with white accents and some small cobalt blue chips, 1920s
-Kralik Trio pink translucent optic base with cobalt blue decor, in swirls, in stripes, and in applied corded trims, 1920s
-Moser or Harrach? (that would be Harrach blank and Moser decor C.1890) pair pale green/teal opaque cased vase, 6.5 inches with white spatter and clear glossy glass finish, gilded worn
enamel now partly orange decor
thank you for the loves CW members, always appreciated.
