Was assured by dealer who sold this to my mother in law in the 1950s that this was a Tiffany ceiling fixture. I have found it to be an old fixture with a value of approximately $2,000 because of its age and size.
Not a tiffany piece and not high quality either.
Also believe the estimate is very high.

Agree with Scott. It's just an ordinary stained glass lamp that probably hung in someone's kitchen.
