Certainly an odd feeling answering a 5-year old inquiry.
The Tiffany-type shade made by Lamp Fashion was copied from my father's find. He owned a large lighting store in the Bronx called Fordham Glass & Lighting. On a back-country trip from Connecticut to Massachusetts, he stopped off at a barn selling antiques. He found this shade in bad shape and purchased it for about $ 40 on the chance it could be an original Tiffany. Lamp Fashion was one of my father's main suppliers of lighting fixtures and he was close with the owner. So LF repaired the fixture and supplied an extra set of the curved glass and they copied the fixture. I have the original in very good condition, of course, without the LF stamping name. What a pleasant surprise to find your posting. Not a mystery any longer.
