Old stainless steel pocket knife from Pakistan. My dad gave it to me a wile ago and it's probably my favorite knife. Would love to know what it is called.

It is called a pocket knife. I bought both my sons the exact same knife when they came out around 1990. I also got myself one and still have it. Back then they cost $9.99 and today they are worth $5 to $7 .

This style knife is called a lockback knife. This one looks like a copy of the U.S. made Buck 110.
