I have not been able to find any information on this artist, hopefully someone has some info? Would love to find out who created this piece I can't make out signature. The frame could be from Mexico, maybe art from Mexico? I was thinking maybe tourist art but the subject isn't very touristy! Any help thank you.

I think he looks more Asian....maybe Vietnamese. The profound sadness and worry of his expression would certainly be fitting given the long history of war in Vietnam.
I cannot help with that signature though.

Thank you Watchsearcher. I don't know anything about Vietnamese artists, maybe? The frame is from Mexico so leads me to believe art might be as well. It remains a mystery! I did add new photos of signature.
