Greetings. I ran across this hand-painted mini surfboard a couple years ago and was immediately drawn to its serene, almost mystical beauty. The Ocean has always been for me a place of peaceful solitude at both sunrise and sunset, and this little board seems to perfectly capture that feeling. Recently, I reached out to the artist, Chris Sebo, to inquire as to whether my board was a print or an original. I was delighted to discover that I had happened upon an early original. It is displayed in my office where I can often enjoy its tranquil beauty. Though an unusual collectors item for me, I am so very happy to have found it. I hope others enjoy it as well.

Hello Thomas, and thanks for visiting. The ocean is indeed a most wonderful place, and I wish you many more peaceful hours there. I was not aware that surfers invented skateboards, but it makes perfect sense when one considers that skateboarding, like surfing, is also a gravity-defying, liberating sport

Thanks for the loves and appreciative comments Newfld and Broochman.

You nailed it Newfld. The scene is indeed Hawaiian. Chris Sebo resides in Hawaii.
