Here's a brief thread on the NAWCC's message board which discusses a clock similar to yours in some ways: https://mb.nawcc.org/threads/old-german-porcelain-blue-and-white-wall-clock-with-double-crossed-hallmark-help.110324/

There is also one which is very similar to yours currently being offered on eBay.
You may want to contact the Seller to see if he or she will share any information on their clock with you.
This search which return it along with others:
      https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=HAC+Crossed+Arrows+Wall+Clock&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_osacat=0&_odkw=Antique+German+HAC+Wurttrmberg+Crossed+Arrows+Wall+Clock

      Hope that helps a little.

      Regards,

      Bruce

It might be a Delft clock?
