Thistle and Thorn Carnival Glass - Probably Sowerby Glass

I found a couple of pieces of Carnival Glass this morning. I found out that it is the Thistle and Thorn pattern, and is always attributed to Sowerby Glass, though no one seems to have evidence of it! A sugar bowl and milk jug and apparently they were only made in the Marigold colour.
