Mini Torpedo Level Rurbished

I suspect this mini torpedo level is made by the same company that Oxwall Tools outsourced making their mini torpedo level since it looks exactly the same with only a minor difference between this one and ones stamped "Oxwall". Oxwall Tools started in 1947 so I'm guessing this level is from sometime between '47 and the 60's. I could be wrong so don't quote me on that as fact. If you know more definitivly please chime in.

Though considered a cheap tool then, now refurbished to a finer finish it rivals even today's finer quality tools.
