The unsolved mystery on the web is about the artist. The burning question on everyone's mind, including mine is; Who is or was L. Marcus?
If you know anything about the artist please chime in.
There does seem to be a second painting like mine by this same artist. See the third pic.
There are differences but it's the same.
The paintings I've found on the internet by L. Marcus, (4th pic) depict scenes of solitude and tranquility. If memory serves me well, I believe he/she also did some paintings of wooded areas as well as the ocean scenes, however I'm not 100% positive on that.
Do you still have this? I have on of the paintings as well, exactly like yours but mirrored. Trying to find more info.
