Elgin 16s Movement In Dueber 20 year Gold case

Hi Again you all .

This is Just a question on the Movement and the crystal.

The Yard Sales had been good to me this past weekend I had to asked again on the price for this because i thought he said $5.00 for the pocket watch.But he repeated the price again Yup $5 bucks and he said he has been working on it for the past 20 years and he gave up ( He shouldn't Of )

Because he finally got it going all but putting it back together and such well i got it back in 1 piece al but the glass doomed crystal that i broke.

Well my question is since this is a 16s doe's that matter on the size of the crystal i mean doe's the s indicate anything else in size.Also this is just the movement that is Elgin the case is a Dueber case so does that mean they stay withing regulation for the crystals

So far i had it a week and it keeps good time and i like the adjustment for the Slow & Fast because it has little nuts to go back and forth.I'd like to add more pictures because it's in great shape no wear thru on the gold and it is Nice and sounds good also no odd sounds to the ticking And the case is much older than the movement
