We stood this American Amoco porcelain sign a couple of weeks ago and I forgot to post it. I think it was sign number 218 on poles at the Lakeside Museum, but it’s getting hard to remember.
This Red Amoco is the older version of their pole signs. Pretty hard to find them anymore.

Tell me about that Sinclair sign with the Dino.
Did you custom build the perch for Dino?
I have never seen him in the air with the sign.
Grandparents owned a Sinclair and a DX (at different times).
Much easier to find Sinclair stuff than DX.
Many more people looking for Sinclair however.
I have to settle for the reproductions.

I saw a pix of a sign like ours in a collection in Tenn and decided to make a couple for our Collection. Yes we made the perch for the Dino. Pretty simple to make.
I see a lot of DX signs avail and they are less $ than Sinclair.
