Taylor's 'Flexoplast' first-aid tin (circa mid to late 50s)

This is a beauty (all purists, please cover your eyes) that I've spent a lot of time bringing back to a nicer finish than when I found it. It's been washed, washed and rewashed to remove the years of grime and the inside has been given a good going over with Brasso and Autosol to remove the tarnish and bring back a little of the original shiny lustre. I know I may have committed the cardinal sin of taking away its aged patina, but I'm chuffed with the result as it looks nice on a shelf.
