And here's one of my favourites that I had as a youngster recently found at a collector fair in the UK. As I mentioned before, I'm not really a box guy so I've reinforced the inner folds with Scotch tape, but the car itself is an absolute minter. It has the 'instructions' plus the elusive wheel key that unlocks the nut holding them on. The only thing missing is the stickers that were provided to customise it either for Emerson Fittipaldi or Ronnie Peterson. As Fittipaldi was the de-facto number one driver in 1973, the helmet colour scheme on this model is his. Pity, as Peterson was a particular hero of mine at that time.
It has no scratches or faded stickers and everything looks factory fresh, which is a real plus for me as it brings back so many memories of past times. A great looking model and one I'm exceptionally proud to own. Hope any racing fans out there in CW land like it as much as I do.
