    This still in use manhole cover as seen on Zerbey Avenue, Edwardsville, PA. It is from the former Pennsylvania Gas and Water Company PG&W).

    toPG&W has been gone for a number of years, with its water and gas departments having been purchased by other entities.

      OMG!!! hahaha My brothers and I used to tie hooks on a string and go "fishing" thru these!!! I haven't thought about that for so long!!!
