Hello everyone!!
Here is another of my many cast iron doorstops. This one is a Wire Hair Fox Terrier. I want to say he was made by Hubley, but National Foundry also made a nearly identical one. So, not sure which of the two actually made him. He was made between the 1920's and the 1940's. He measures 8 1/4" tall and 8 5/8" long. He weighs a bit over 6 lbs.
Thanks to you all for stopping in for a look!!!

He's very fine looking Scott and what super condition for his age, love this one
Thanks Jenni!! He's been repainted, of course, but I'm glad you like him.
Many thanks to you all for the loves and for stopping by!!!

I need to ask if this is another you repainted??
Thank you Ms. CrystaShip!!
fhrjr2,
Yes, I have repainted it. However, I had to remove 3 coats of thick sloppy paint. So, I didn't much choice in the matter.
OK, that explains it. Not National. I would be 90% sure it is from a Hubley mold.
Thanks fhrjr2!! Much appreciated!
