Mid-century teak: Poul Hundevad and Uldum Mobelfabrik pieces?

Hello, my father purchased a number of pieces of Danish furniture in the 60s. Based on the logos stamped/stuck on them, I think of the book shelf/cabinet unit is Poul Hundevad and the chairs are Uldum Mobelfabrik. Does anyone know if that’s accurate? How can you tell who designed them for Uldum Mobelfabrik? Are these unusual and/or quality pieces? Thanks for any input!
