Recent acquisition. I have no idea about the maker and hope someone recognizes the style. Interior is a hollow blue bubble. Around it are thin swirls of White, Orange Blue and Yellow. Outside of the Swirls are 4 Oval Windows to the interior. Around the rest, is an etched finish. Base is Polished.

I saw one of these in a thrift shop a few months ago, but the frosted portion was so scuffed up that I left it there. I think it had a label on it, but I don't remember what it said. Sorry!
