Clay bowl

I bought at a flea market in Willow Springs Missouri for $ 2.00 they knew nothing about they just found it in the cellar of a old farm they bought it looks like its hand made out of clay, I looked some up an they look like Mexican hanging over a open fire with the two handles holes as hangers. It measure 3 inches deep an 9 1/2 around and from hole to hole in the bowl 11 3/4. The black on bottom looks like thats from fire flames its not smooth on outside or inside thanks for any help Bobdirt.
