I like this really nice and thoughtful gift.I’ve got a collection of stones and semi precious gems that are around 100 years old that I get out every once in a while.I have no idea what the names are but all the different colors are so bright with such unusual shapes.
Yes thankyou jbingham95. You collection of Stones sounds wonderful, a treasure! Have you thought about making some jewelry out of them or do you want to keep them like they are? I have always loved stones and even if they are not gems (mibe are not) they can be so beautiful and the shapes so interesting. I have some fossils and other stones as well from the coast. I keep them in a large glassbowl in the window so I can see them. I can always have more stones :) I can just imagine how it must feel to go through your stones and look at colors and shapes. Such a joy! I am happy for you.
