I never heard of Fendi but have had similar shoulder bags 50 years ago when I was in Europe. The bags I threw away after I finished the flask of Cognac that came inside it. The cognac bottle was round also and you wore the bag around your neck and under your arm on one side under your coat. When you needed a nip it was right there. They were out of sight, close at hand and welcomed in cold weather.
It's a gorgeous bag, the logo sure looks like the real thing
