Cobalt Blue Glass Decanter with gold overlay design of Venice

I picked up this cobalt blue glass vase this morning. I don't like the shape of the vase much, but I love the gold design of Venice with a Gondola and the 2 figures. I assume this is souvenir ware for Venice, whether it is made in Venice I don't know. The was a label under the charity shop label saying 449.42. Do you think that may be a currency? Maybe Czech?
I have found an identical decanter now on ebay, with the seller stating that it had been bought by his parents in a Venice Factory, so it is probably made in Venice,
