KRALIK ???? Wedding or Brides Basket or Posy Vase ??

Lonnnnnnnnng time no see. Just got this at basically a garage sale and garage sale price...LOL. Finger crossed as I thought it might be Kralik but not sure but at the price it was -- WHO CARES !! Very pretty, even left what DUST was on it. Looks like the inside needs a good cleaning too. So what are your opinions on this ? The hoops seem to be like other Kralik's I seen. Would this be from the early 1900's or so ??
