Loetz cobalt blue papillon trumpet vase?

Happy Sumertime to all,
This is my first purchase of artglass in over three months. Wow, Time really does fly! But i just had to rescue this one off the goodwill shelf. Not sure of any of the details. Is it a vase or a piece to a much larger work? Who knows? Important European work or a cheap knockoff ??? My collection has only one standard now, Is it pretty enough to keep dusting the thing all the time. Lol. Hope someone thinks it's worth the dusting. B
