Horse figure

All my Aunt knows about this piece is that it may have been part of a team of these same horses pulling some sort of carriage. Or it may be a solo piece. We have no clue. There are no marks on this piece but it does have some weight to it, we are thinking it could be made of brass. Any input on this piece would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
