Heavy silver bangle - Tunisian

Last week I bought this cuff bangle in a antique shop. It's heavy, almost 90 gram.
The marks are not readable, except for number 6 (or 9). I tested it and it is silver.

Solved: it's a Tunisian men's cuff bracelet.
