I have what I believe to be a vintage doll and wanted to know if anyone had any information about her, because I haven’t been able to find anything. The dolls head, arms and feet are porcelain and the body is cotton or linen material (?) and she’s stuffed with material. She also has a white lace slip underneath the dress. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Your doll is a reproduction china doll made in a doll making glass or ceramic studio by a student . Popular to paint yourself from the blank from store and they would fire it . Common to do from 1950s-1990s . When Antique china dolls were very costly. With the internet sales they became easier to find and prices are now way down . A china doll can be a common one or very fancy hairdo . The antique ones are named by hairdo and dated hat way also . If you love her display her and envoy the person that painted her put their initials on her back as required to do when making a reproduction. She has very little monetary value but makes a lovely display .
