These oilers were used by watch/clock makers and repair people as well as the oil obviously.
I only know enough about these oilers to be dangerous so I don't want to give any miss information about them.
I know in general how they were used, and they came in different size tips. I can't make out what the silver tipped one has written on it or the size.
The oil bottle is a beautiful shade of blue and still has a smidgen of oil in it. Label on the bottle reads:
    W.F.NYE INC
    Electric Clock Oil
New Bedford, Mass on the left side

On the right side as I can make it out it states:
    None Genuine
    W(something) my S(something)
    Wm. B. N(something something)

Those in the know can fill in the blanks.

Edit: If any of you are watch/clock makers or into watch/clock repair and could use them. Or if you collect such items, you're more than welcome to them. I'll never use them, they're just collecting dust in my possession. Free for the asking, I'll ship to you anywhere in the Continental US. Just PM me you shipping address, I'll put them in the mail in the next couple days for you.
    Cheers...

As this is probably a petroleum-based oil, over time its molecular structure has become entangled with other molecules due to the shape of the molecules. While it still looks like oil to us, at the molecular level it's more like a very weak mesh.
Essentially, the oil is no good anymore for use in clocks as it isn't the same grade it once was and will not allow moving parts to move as freely.
It should not be thrown out though due to its historical interest. Very interesting finds.
