This is a dated vintage wooden whimsical toy.
When you push in the lever in the back, the hair retracts and stands up on the head. The hair has mostly fallen out, like mine.
The foot is dated as seen in the photo but it's difficult to read the day. "Nov. ..27"
I would like to know if it is a known toy and if it has a name.
