A sweet find for me! I thoroughly enjoyed redoing this piece! I even found an old chair and redid it to match my cute accent table, and of course I painted a vase to match. Yes, there is a common theme with my furniture...colorful! Particularly the colors satin seaside and lagoon, as I find these lighten and brighten my world a bit.

I love this! I always said I wanted my grandmother's bedroom furniture, but the original color didn't appeal to me (it's all the same style of that table--everything matches). I LOVE this two-tone! It's beautiful. I'm going to have to rethink taking a few of her bedroom pieces!

Now *this* one (the 'french provincial' table) I'd happily agree with you looks *much* better in blue. Maybe not so much with the (oak?) mission-style chair or your other table & telephone stand yesterday...I'd be one of those that'd prolly prefer to have seen those pieces more "restored" than painted, but whatever. Opinions are only those and the furniture belongs to you... 'nuff said on that except that I've personally never cared for the 'french provincial' style at all as popular as it once was, and since those pieces were originally painted anyway...? ;-) I *also* do like brightly colored things...? :-) :-) :-)
