It's been suggested that this is a spring bar tool but they're unsure.
As far as I know, spring bar told are round on the tip. This tool has squared tips.
Description:
Marbleized plastic or (?) something else for a handle.
A little over 3.5" inches in length.
One end is stamped "Japan", nothing on the other.
Two different size tips, and possibly they're removable but I don't want to force things.
Both tips are squared and look to be hardened or tempered metal.
Best guess on dating it.. 50's to the 70's maybe (?)
Mystery as to what it is, what it's used for, and who it's made by and a date of production.
