    I picked this up at that old house we are cleaning out. It was in the back of a closet with a few other vintage framed items but it looked the oldest. I think that I remember seeing a print like this before and reading a blog debating on what time period and where the ladies might have dressed like this and where it is located. The last time I saw some ladies dressed like this was in a funny movie named, "Year One".
    The frame is sure neat looking and the picture is pleasing to look at.
    Any help would be appreciated. It's not signed and inside frame/print measures 9" x 18".
    UPDATE...... "Maxfield Parrish. The print is titled "Garden of Allah."

      Mayfield Parrish. Garden of Allah, I think.

      Maxfield Parrish. The print is titled "Garden of Allah" (as Kevin said above) originally created in 1918. Parrish prints were tremendously popular in the 1920s.
