I believe this is a rare record that I found today.
It's by a very famous Russian Mili Balakirev (1837-1910)
The writing is in French as it was Made in France by Columbia.
I am new to collecting records and I reviewed a couple of hundred tonight but this one really stood out.
I see a red tag on the record label that is made of a felt like material. It reads "BROADWAY 79 Champs-Elysees PARIS 8"
