Antique Lapis & Gold Rosary - 17th Century?

First time poster here. I am sharing 4 pictures of my antique rosary that I believe is from the 17th century. It's composed of lapis beads with gold Pater beads adjoining instruments of Christ's crucifixion. There is a hand painted image of Mary on one side and Mary and Jesus on the other. I've never seen anything like it before, and I'm really struggling to find someone who can verify the little bit of information I know about it. Is it really this old? Is it extremely rare? What could it's value be (yes, I know, what someone is willing to pay...)
