The blue glass decors by Ruckl are very attractive. They often use a clear background and add the blue as a spatter, with several subtle shades that give it a depth.
These glass pieces have a purplish-magenta accent spatter coming up from the bottom, as you can see in my last image, I have yellow, green and blue spatters, the small vase is 6 inches high, the large yellow vase is 12 inches.
The mark is one I have found consistently on my attributed Ruckl glass pieces, and others, about 50 so far. There has not been an instance yet, where this mark was used on another known identified glass item that is not Ruckl. It is not the only mark found on Ruckl glass, but it is the one the most used. I am one of those collectors that believe marks were applied in various situations, and there is no one correct process for this. How and when and by whom has too many variables.
