I Bought Out a Storage Unit, and These Were In the Unit. I was told they were Stabilizer Bars for Brick Scaffolding, I'm not sure their right and still don't know what they are or do. If Anyone Knows What They Are and What their For I would extremely appreciate You Letting Me Know Some Information on them.
Thanks In Advance For Your HELP! ! Below is the Information I received from the Owner of the Storage Yard, But he wasn't sure he was correct either:

I believe you have been informed incorrectly. I have owned a good deal of scaffolding of different designs and I have never seen this item. First it needs to have a means of attaching to the uprights of the staging, which this doesn't have. Then it needs a means of being attached to the structure being worked on, which it doesn't have. Unless this is something brand new and you have missing parts, it isn't a scaffolding brace. Were there any other parts with it?

It definitely looks like it's meant to (temporarily?) stabilize or brace *something*, but I agree w/ fhrjr2 that I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like that with typical contractor's scaffolding. Perhaps its a part for industrial stage lighting setups or similar instead?? (just a guess...?)

I work in a place where we usually build a stage and cover it with ingredients. The Type Doesn't Match But Much Reminiscent Of A Stage Cover Leg Support Latch
