Welz wavy rimmed vase

Tall, 20.5cm, Welz vase with a wavy top and blue trim. A slightly more unusual Welz than I first thought, in that I've not been able to find an exact match. The closest I've come across, so far, have fewer waves at the top and different colour trims.
