"Fog Warning" print

Here is an old print I found years ago and I decided to post it here. It has been aged and damaged a little, but you can still read the print at the bottom. The second photo is of a very tiny inscription on the back of this print. I'm not sure the significance of it but I figure it has some kind of meaning. Any information that anyone can give me on where this came from or how old it actually is would be much appreciated. Thank you so much and have a great day!
