Can ANYONE tell me what year and the value estimate of this fine Coca-Cola sign? The back is made of cardboard. The back only says,--[embosograph Display mfg co.Chicago,60614.]

This sign is designed off of a 1905 sign. The girl is Lillian Nordica. Fantasy items and reproductions of this sign started popping up in the 70's. I am afraid this is what you have. If this is, there is no real value in this sign. Hope you didn't pay too much. Ray, who collects a lot of paper and cardboard signs, would know for sure. He should be on within a couple of days.

Notice it has no bids. So the price listed, at least for now, does not tell you any value.

Ray is right. These were used by Coca Cola back in the early to mid 70's when they were on a nostalgia kick with their advertising. They are not reproductions. Unfortunately, there is not a big demand for them.

I have copy that says Proof #4 on the lower left border...It's not metal, but made out of something else....do you think there is any value for it?
