    Found this at the thrift shop yesterday.It is glazed ceramic.
    It stands 20" tall.I have no idea what it is or when it was made.
    There are no markings.

      A gorgeous art deco (style?) statuette. A sad expression on her face; beautifully painted. Are the white areas on her ear and body, camera flashes? I can't see any areas of paint loss. What do you think?

      Yes they are camera flashes.It is glazed ceramic and gold.

      Common type of statue Mid Century Modern period 1950's . Must were made in Japan
