“CLASSFUL USE..” raised letter instructions

Found an interesting bottle today, in Oxford, Ohio. The property is farmland that has supported at least two other homesteads in the last 200yrs., the second of which was a house of ill-repute. The 19th c. farmhouse’s owner and madame also allowed dumping on the land. I found this bottle near a dry streambed. Its instructions are a bit hard to make out, as the bottle has become a natural terrarium. However, it is clearly a medicine bottle, as there are extensive instructions for “classful” use. This was clearly an intoxicating agent, unless classily used. Can anyone make out the instructions? Or any ideas about the origins/medicinal product manufacturer?
