I inherited this lamp. It was a wedding gift of my paternal grandparents in North Carolina.
It has Not been electrified. I think there once was some kind of gadget that they had made and put in the burner to hold a light bulb. The chimney was missing and I had it replaced after seeing similar lamps on line.
Can anyone tell me about it. It's posted on eBay for sale.

Victorian oil lamp. Newer chimney. Has it been converted to electricity?

These lamps appear to be similar to yours. At CW we are prohibited from discussing prices, valuations etc., so, I post this link with some hesitation. However, I don't know how old these postings are. Don't judge the costs against your lamp.
